Foyer Pediatrics uses and discloses such medical record information in compliance with this Privacy Policy and, if applicable, the Foyer Pediatrics Cookie Policy.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you and/or require you to accept the updated Privacy Policy only if the supplemented, amended or otherwise modified Privacy Policy implements material changes from Foyer Pediatrics's then-current Privacy Policy. This Website and Platform are intended to facilitate and coordinate the care of individuals under the age of 18 (collectively, “Minors”) and their parents or guardians.
