Foyer's report is DSM-5 aligned and signed by a board-certified physician, structured to meet the documentation standards districts use when a CPSE or CSE team opens a special education referral. A district will still conduct its own educational evaluation, since a medical diagnosis and an educational classification are two separate determinations. The report is what starts that process rather than what replaces it.
Foyer charges a flat $1,499 for the complete evaluation, paid at intake. Private neuropsychological evaluations in the New York metro area commonly run several thousand dollars, and hospital-based developmental clinics vary widely depending on your coverage. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide an itemized superbill you can submit to PPO or out-of-network benefits, and HSA and FSA funds are eligible.
