Foyer's report is DSM-5 aligned and signed by a board-certified physician, structured to meet the documentation an ARD committee expects when a special education referral is opened. The district will still complete its own Full Individual and Initial Evaluation, since an educational eligibility determination is separate from a medical diagnosis. The report is what gets that conversation started.
Foyer charges a flat $1,499 for the complete evaluation, paid at intake. Private neuropsychological testing in Texas metros commonly runs several thousand dollars. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide an itemized superbill you can submit to PPO or out-of-network benefits, and HSA and FSA funds are eligible.
