Foyer's report is DSM-5 aligned and signed by a board-certified physician, structured to meet the documentation an IEP team expects when a special education referral is opened. The district will still complete its own evaluation, since educational eligibility and a medical diagnosis are separate determinations. The report is what starts the process.
Foyer charges a flat $1,499 for the complete evaluation, paid at intake. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide an itemized superbill you can submit to PPO or out-of-network benefits, and HSA and FSA funds are eligible.
