What to expect

Three simple steps.

Step 01

Tell us about your child

Your name, number, your child's age, and your state. Then book your first visit right away, or ask us to call you first. No payment to start.

Step 02

Book and reserve securely

Pick your first visit time, add a card to reserve it, and complete a short pre-visit questionnaire. HSA and FSA eligible, with an itemized superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. The $1,499 flat fee covers all three visits and your report, charged after your confirmation call.

Step 03

Three virtual visits

Intake, observation, and findings with Dr. Levine, scheduled within one to two weeks. You receive a diagnostic report, a care plan, and an itemized superbill.
