Step 02

Get set up when you're ready

We send a secure link to complete a short pre-visit questionnaire and pay the $1,499 flat fee. HSA and FSA eligible, with Affirm payment plans and 0% APR options for qualifying families.

Step 03

Three virtual visits

Intake, observation, and findings with Dr. Levine, scheduled within one to two weeks. You receive a diagnostic report, a care plan, and an itemized superbill.

Your information stays private and is used only to facilitate your child's care. We never share parent or patient information with third parties.
